Grass-finished Dexter Arm Roast from Luna Mesa Ranch. Lean and beefy — a great cut for low-and-slow roasting, smoking, or slicing thin for sandwiches.
Heritage cattle, raised on the high plains of Southern Colorado. Pasture-raised, never confined, finished on grass.
Approx. 2–3 lbs per roast. Vacuum-sealed and frozen.
